Delivery Options & Policies

We offer four tiers of delivery service to areas up to 60 miles from Austin, Waco & our showroom in Farmers Branch. Rest assured that you will receive your furniture in perfect condition, as we check every piece after it arrives in our facility and before it is handed over to the customer.

  • A Savvy Discount Furniture staff member will contact you to schedule your pickup or delivery within 48 hours of your order being placed.
  • Prices & delivery options vary depending on the zip code of the delivery destination.
  • We do not move existing furniture.
  • Delivery fees are not refundable.
  • For orders placed with a debit/credit card where the billing and delivery address don't match, the cardholder must FIRST submit a copy of a valid ID.

Return & Exchange Policies

We provide a 48 hour, hassle-free return policy (minus a 15% restocking fee and any delivery and/or assembly charges if applicable). ”Special Order” items do not qualify for returns, as all sales are final. If you would like to make a return please contact us to schedule an appointment to drop off your item(s). The item must be returned within 48 hours of being received and be in “like new” condition with no stains, odors or damage and with the original manufacturer’s packaging. No exceptions will be made.

If your order was delivered and you wish to have us recover the merchandise we can offer a rate that mirrors a standard delivery rate based on service and distance. You will be required to pay for a delivery fee if you choose to reselect an item.

Damaged Product / Missing Pieces Policies

Damaged merchandise or missing pieces must be reported to us within 48 hours of purchase, so please open your packages to check for damages as soon as you receive your item(s). We will work directly with the manufacturer to get damaged or missing merchandise replaced. You must save your original packaging as it is required for replacements.
