Thank you, in advance, for understanding that our identity verification requirement policies for order pickups are in place to protect our customers and prevent fraudulent activity. By providing proof of residency you enable us to verify that the furniture purchaser is in fact the person who receives the item(s) purchased. We just want to make sure that you're you.

Pickup at our Carrollton, TX location is a FREE option on all orders:

  • Please allow 48-72 hours for order processing.
  • Appointment Required: YES (Monday - Saturday between 10:00 AM & 6:00 PM. The pickup bay doors will lock down at 6:00 PM)
  • We will call you when your order is ready to be picked up.
  • A photo ID must be presented by the purchaser upon arrival.
  • If someone other than the purchaser is picking-up, the purchaser must first submit their valid Photo ID prior to pick-up.
  • We will offer loading assistance into a vehicle, trailer, or bed of a truck.
  • We will not assist in & don't recommend tying furniture or any products to the top of a vehicle.
  • We will hold your order for seven days unless otherwise specified. Abandoned orders will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. If an order is pulled to a distribution center for a pick-up and the order is canceled there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
