Before placing your order, please contact us to check stock on the items you’re interested in purchasing. Most items found on our site are kept in-stock locally. However, on occasion items may be back-ordered and can take anywhere from one to six weeks to arrive. Items deemed "Special Order" may take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive. If a Special Order item is requested, the order cannot be cancelled.
In-stock items can typically be scheduled for delivery or customer pick-up within 48 hours of purchase (during regular business days Monday-Friday, delivery schedule permitting).
If an item is back-ordered you may wait until it arrives, substitute a similar item, or cancel the order and receive a full refund. On special order items, the order may not be cancelled. *All California King Size Beds are special order items* If an item is discontinued, you may substitute for a similar item or cancel the order and receive a full refund.
If your order is pulled to the Grand Prairie Distribution Center and the order is cancelled, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee deducted from the total refunded amount.
Special Order Items
Special Order Items are not typically stocked at the local manufacturer’s warehouses and can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive. All customers must “click to proceed” in order to add Special Order Items to their online carts. If a Special Order Items are requested, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

Forms of Payment
We offer a few different forms of payment. You can check out with either a Debit or Credit Card (the name on the card MUST match whomever will be receiving or picking-up the order) or check out via your PayPal account!
- If someone other than the card holder is planning to pick-up or receive the delivery/shipment, the card holder must submit their photo ID to Savvy Shopper Direct prior to picking-up or accepting the delivery.
- If the billing address of the card differs from the requested delivery address, the card holder must provide a photo ID prior to the scheduled delivery.
- If the card holder does not submit their photo ID, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus a 15% re-stocking fee. Photo ID’s can be send via email to info@SavvyDiscountFurniture.com

Holding Purchased Items
After an order has been placed and scheduled for pick-up/delivery, the customer has seven days from the date of arrival to retrieve their merchandise, unless other arrangements have been made with a Savvy Shopper Direct Employee (delayed pick-ups/deliveries must be requested in writing i.e. via email). All merchandise MUST be picked-up/delivered prior to the end of the seven-day holding grace period.
If the merchandise is not picked up within the seven-day holding period, the item(s) will be returned to inventory and the customer will receive a refund minus a 25% re-stocking fee.
Savvy Shopper Direct is willing to hold merchandise for an agreed upon length of time if requested prior to purchase or during scheduling. Needing a delayed pick-up or delivery? Call us today and we will be more than happy to arrange one!
Local Returns, & Cancellations
We understand that ordering furniture online can be intimidating. That's why we offer our 48-Hour Hassle-Free Return Policy! If you order an item, get it home and decide it's not what you had expected, we will issue a refund, minus a 15% re-stocking fee. Delivery and Assembly Fees are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for returning the furniture to one of our distribution centers located in Grand Prairie, TX or Memphis, TN locations within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Mattresses, Foundations & Clearance Items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges
All returned items must be complete, odor and damage-free! All original manufacturer’s packing must be present for a return. If a returned item is damaged or is missing pieces, the return or exchange may be denied OR the customer will be responsible for the cost of the missing or damaged pieces. These costs will be deducted from the total refund.
- If you're unable to return the product yourself and are within the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX or Memphis, TN Metroplexes, you may schedule a pick-up for the return. However, you will be responsible for the pick-up fee which will be the same amount as a “inside delivery” fee within your area. This fee will be deducted from the total refund.
- If your order is pulled to the Grand Prairie Distribution Center in preparation for a transit to another Distribution Center, Delivery or Customer Pick-up, and the order is cancelled, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee deducted from the total refunded amount.
If you are wanting to exchange your item(s), we will be more than happy to do so! All requests for exchanges must be made within the first 48-Hours after receiving your merchandise. The customer is responsible for any re-delivery (where applicable) or assembly fees if requesting another delivery or another assembly. The exchanged item will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
- All exchanged items must be complete, odor and damage-free and unassembled in the original packaging to be eligible for an exchange! If an exchanged item is damaged or is missing pieces, the exchange may be denied OR the customer will be responsible for the cost of the missing or damaged pieces. We are unable to accept exchanged items without the manufacturer’s original packaging. No exceptions will be made.
- Mattresses, Foundations & Clearance Items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Returning & Exchanging "Financed/Lease To Owned" Orders
Financed Orders are orders purchased through a third-party Payment Options; are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All financed/lease to owned orders are final.
After contracts are signed through third-party payment options company, return policies outlined within those contracts and Savvy Discount Furniture's Financing/Lease To Own Policy, over-writes any existing contract agreed upon by the customer and payment option party at the time of contract-submission, deeming the sale final.
Local Damaged or Defective Items
If an item is damaged or defective, it must be reported to us within 48 hours or less after your pick-up or delivery. Please assemble and check your furniture as soon as possible after the delivery for any defects, damage or missing pieces.
- Original Packaging must be present in order for Savvy Shopper Direct to replace any defective, damaged or missing parts. No exceptions will be made.
- If damage or defects are reported after the 48-hour time frame, the customer will be then be responsible for the replacement part’s cost; picking-up or paying a re-delivery fee for any replacement parts needed.
- Inspect and assemble your merchandise within the first 48-hours after receiving it.
Local Delivery Terms
Within the Dallas/Ft. Worth & Memphis, TN Metroplexes, we deliver Monday-Friday, with after-hour delivery times available. Someone must be home during the agreed upon delivery time frame. If no one is present at the scheduled delivery time you will be subject to a re-delivery fee, which must be paid before the second delivery will be attempted. The buyer is responsible for re-delivery fees.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- If an order is cancelled because the buyer does not want to pay a re-delivery fee after a missed delivery, a refund will be issued minus the initial delivery fee and a 25% re-stocking fee.
- Delivery Fees are paid to the driver upon arrival in cash.
- If cash is not present, the customer can call customer service and pay the Delivery fee over the phone with a Debit/Credit Card, however a $5.00 convenience fee will be added to the total cost.
- If the delivery address differs from the billing address, a valid form of ID matching the name on the order, must be presented to the delivery driver. If an ID is not presented, items WILL NOT BE DELIVERED and the customer will then be responsible for a re-delivery fee that must be paid before another delivery is scheduled.
- Whomever is accepting the delivery must provide valid form of ID to the drivers at the time of delivery.
- Savvy Shopper Direct's "Proof of Delivery" must be signed by the person accepting the delivery.
Please make sure any old furniture has been removed prior to your delivery. The driver will not move existing items in your home.
Dallas/Ft Worth, TX orders are scheduled for delivery or pick-up via the Grand Prairie Office. Customers can expect a call to schedule delivery or pick-up for their order within 48 hours of purchase, if all items are in-stock and available.
Memphis, TN orders are scheduled for delivery or pick up via the Memphis Office. Customers can expect a call to schedule delivery or pick-up for their order within 48 hours of purchase, if all items are in-stock and available.

Assembly Assistance is always an option for Dallas/Ft. Worth Customers. Many items are already assembled and only require attaching the feet or knobs. Some items require full assembly. All items that require full assembly will include the tools, hardware and instructions needed! If you have any questions about how much assembly is required for a specific item, give us a call and we will be more than happy to help you decide if it is an item where Assembly Assistance is suggested. - Assembly fees are non-refundable.
- Assembly fees are paid to the driver upon arrival in cash.
- If cash is not present, the customer can call customer service and pay the Assembly fee over the phone with a Debit/Credit Car, however a $5.00 convenience fee will be added to the cost.
- If you would like the delivery service to remove any packaging (boxes, plastic wrap etc.) and Assembly has been paid for, the drivers will take and discard this packaging. However, please be aware that returns or exchanges cannot be made if the origional packaging is not present, making the sale final.
Since being "Savvy" is the name of our game, we give our customer's the opportunity to skip delivery and pick-up your items for FREE! In-stock orders are typically ready for pick-up within a few business days after an order has been placed. Once your order is ready for pick-up, a Savvy Shopper Direct employee will contact you to schedule your pick-up.
Dallas/Ft. Worth: All items may be picked up at our distribution center located at 2003 108th St #302 in Grand Prairie, Texas during normal business hours. A Savvy Shopper Direct team member will call to schedule your pick-up.
Memphis Orders: All items may be picked up at our distribution center located at 5274 E. Rain Rd. in Memphis, TN during normal business hours. A Savvy Shopper Direct team member will call to schedule your pick-up.
A proof of ID must be presented at the time of pick-up, matching the name on the order placed. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE
Please Note: If your order is pulled to a Distribution Center for a pick-up or delivery (where applicable) and the order is cancelled, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee deducted from the total refunded amount.

Savvy Shopper Direct offers a limited 90-Day Warranty with all of our items! If you have an issue caused by a manufacturers defect within the first 90 days after purchase, we will gladly work with the manufacturer to get you a replacement part! If defects are reported later than 48-hours after delivery or pick-up, the customer will be responsible for picking-up or paying a re-delivery fee for items that are being replaced. The warranty does not cover pieces that are damaged or broken due to customer neglect or misuse.
Savvy Shopper Direct will offer a third-party Extended Warranty option at the time of purchase through Warranty Life. These plans will vary based on the item(s) being purchased. All claims after the first 90 days should be directed to Warranty Life.

Savvy Shopper Direct promises to bring you the lowest prices on all of the items we have access to! If you find a local company that is offering a verifiable lower price, we will gladly match that price! The process is a no hassle price match that makes it easy for you to shop confidently, knowing that you’re getting the best deal in town!

-Competitor must be local to your area (Don’t be fooled by out-of-state companies that may not advertise shipping costs! *Local entails the city in which you are purchasing in: Dallas/Ft Worth, TX or Memphis, TN
-Competitor must offer the same services we offer (Delivery, Financing, Warranty, Sample Center)
-Product must be from the same manufacturer
-Product must be in the same condition (new)
-Must have a verifiable advertisement with the posted price (either online or printed) that van be verified by the Store Manager
-Prices matched for financed orders will still be subject to the Financing Service Charge
-Online Classified Ads (such as Craigslist or Mobile Apps) may be turned down for price matching if the competitor does not advertise that item on their website.
